We’re in good hands!
These 3 pics tell a great story.

I was voting last week next door to Camden Fire Headquarters while 15 or more new recruits were training for tomorrow’s Firefighter Skills Exam. The recruits in orange were learning how to avoid roof joists when they have to use an axe to open a roof. Training Captain Marr and Lt. Hoffman are cooly sitting on the roof peak on a hot day. I’m sorry I didn’t get to meet all the recruits.

Sparky the Firedog welcomes you to Fire Headquarters on Gross Road.

The two Firefighters in the last picture are Captain Tanner and Sgt. Liddell. They’re preparing for hot-weather firefighting by knocking a truck tire around the Harrietts Bluff Fire station parking lot with a sledgehammer while wearing full Bunker Gear including their breathing apparatus.
We owe our Fire Fighters and EMS immense gratitude for always training for the next emergency.
